JUNE at Jamii

“JUNE at Jamii”, under the vision of lead artist Nickeshia Garrick, explores the connection between the Caribbean and Central America through cross-cultural nuances and similarities in the customs, food, clothing, music, dances and rhythms. “Connectedness” reminds us that we are all part of the collective searching for moments to relate to one another.

Luminato Festival

June 5 - 16

Luminato Festival Toronto is a multi-arts festival that celebrates the energy of the city and connects people through memorable art experiences. Every June, our festival transforms Toronto into a playground of art, creativity and conversation. Luminato showcases exceptional Canadian and international art and artists. We push the boundaries of what art is, who it is for, and where it can happen, tearing down barriers between art and people. Rooted in Toronto, we welcome the world, and invite those who live and visit here to experience the city in new and exciting ways.
