Winchester Street Theatre
For their last production of the season, Toronto Dance Theatre brings a captivating double bill where distinct dance styles and practices are in conversation with each other as TDT company dancers and guest dancers converge in two new works: helix by Atri Nundy and GIVE ME ONE by Danah Rosales. Also, catch our company dancers, Rachana Joshi and Purawai Vyas, in the last two runs of "helix".
Metamorphosis 2023

Crow’s Theatre
Inspired by the 8 AD epic poem by Ovid, Metamorphoses, Theatre Smith-Gilmour have created a bold and contemporary adaptation, taking inspiration from post mime that incorporates spoken words. At the centre of their adaptation, is a dialogue between European Mime and Bharatanatyam Dance Style (whichuses codified South Asian Mime). This show features two of our very own Nova Dancers, Neena Jayarajan and Sukruti Tirupattur. Find Tickets here!
NExT: The Future of Art Exhibition 4.0
March 21 – April 12
Meridian Arts Centre
NExT: The Future of Art Exhibition 4.0 is a celebration of the works by artists participating in VIBE Arts’ 2022-2023 Black Youth Mentorship Program. Short for network and explore together, NExT was built on the vision to build, connect, and strengthen networks of Black artists throughout the GTA and to increase the visibility of Black youth artists in public Canadian exhibitions. This program supports the truth that Black perspectives are essential in shaping the future of the arts.

Public Sweat is a fusion of art, sauna culture, and sweat bathing. Be invigorated by heat and social connections at this unique community experience. Come prepared to bask inside artist-designed saunas and sweat bathing structures, rotate through thermal cycles, and explore numerous artworks, as you rejuvenate.

George Brown College, Casa Loma Campus
Dance Immersion presents a 5-day workshop intensive that introduces you to the fundamentals of an art of dance that understands the principles of groundedness, mobility, exchange, and rest. Led by Zab Maboungo, rooted in Congolese wisdom. The LOKETO series is designed to improve dancers’ understanding of: Philosophical principles of dance and music, body alignment, strength, and spatial awareness for optimal movement, breath, precision, dynamic flexibility, and fluidity, musicality, rhythmic intelligence and resilience in motion.
